Normally, I’d be screaming no along with you, but I had one of these as a loaner. It made me seriously question why I drive a manual. In full auto mode, with paddle shifters, its almost as fun as shifting for yourself, and the ferocity of the shifts at WOT with all the sport options turned to 11 is something to behold.

Every time a stick driver trades in their car for an automatic an angle loses it’s wings. I’ve yet to hear of a sequential manual where you are actually 100% in control of your car. The car still decides for you what to do and doesn't let you destroy your tranny. That to me will never equal being fully in control. The issue isn't having a clutch vs not having one it's having control versus being controlled
